About Me
Somatic work has helped me learn how to return to that place of home within myself, the quiet, steady self beneath every role, label, or expectation. It has invited me into a slower, more intimate relationship with my body, especially as a neurodivergent person, illuminating both the subtle and profound steps that have shaped who I am today.
Through this work, I’ve found greater ease in moments that once felt overwhelming, and a growing capacity to move through life in ways that feel true to me.
Sometimes that has meant redefining versions of myself shaped by others.
Sometimes it has meant uncovering parts of me I had learned to hide.
And every time it has meant being patient, truly seeing and listening to myself and learning to set strong and flexible internal boundaries.
I weave somatic coaching alongside my ongoing death doula practice as a way of holding space for what is tender, real, and alive in you.
Whether you are navigating grief, transition, questions of identity, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, I walk alongside you with care and attunement.
Not to direct or fix, but to witness, support, and honor your experience as it unfolds. At the pace of your nervous system.
In your own way.
My path here has taken many forms: scientist, teacher, baker, death doula. Each role has shaped not only my skills, but my way of being with others.
I’ve spent years tending connection, through shared meals, grief support, and quiet acts of presence at life’s thresholds. Yet I still felt moments of intense disconnection.
Why wasn’t I consistently feeling connected when I was doing all the things that are supposed to help people feel connected?
These experiences taught me that transformation rarely announces itself loudly, nor does it tend to last when the only paths toward it are external. More often, it arrives in small, embodied moments: the soft return of breath, the warmth of a hand held, the relief of being witnessed without needing to explain or perform. Each step builds on the last, slowly and gently reshaping the inner landscape to reveal more of the humanness already there.
That humanness that has been patiently waiting to be accepted as part of the team.
At the heart of everything I offer is an invitation back to the warm safety of yourself. To a place where slowness is welcome, where your body’s wisdom is trusted, and where belonging can be felt from the inside out, so that even in life’s storms, you have a grounded, soft space to land.
